Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

 Scope of Services

Drop Art Animation specializes in creating digital art, including covers, logos, and graphic designs for various purposes, including but not limited to music producers, artists, and merchandise for clothing items like hoodies, t-shirts, hats, etc.

 Terms of Use

  Do's:

  1. Crediting Requirement: You are required to credit Drop Art Animation in all edits or posts that utilize our work.

  2. Rights for Art Modification: Upon acquiring full rights, you may modify the art, but Drop Art Animation must remain credited.

  3. Payment Terms: For custom edits, a 50% upfront payment is required, with the final balance due before the edit is delivered.

  4. Permission for Usage: Seek permission before using our art for self-profit or remastering. Proper credit must be given once permission is granted.

  5. Direct Purchases: All purchases of our art must be made directly through Drop Art Animation.

  6. Additional Changes: For any further changes to purchased edits, please contact Drop Art Animation for assistance.

  7. Crediting Policy: Even minor edits done by us must be credited with the Drop Art Animation name.

  8. Rights Ownership: All rights to our work are owned by Drop Art Animation.

  9. Continued Crediting: If granted full rights to our work, continue to credit Drop Art Animation in all usage.

  10. Unauthorized Profit: In the case of unauthorized usage resulting in profit, all profits must be granted to Drop Art Animation.

  11. Ownership for Resale and Retail: Drop Art Animation is the true owner of all works and reserves the right to use them for resale and retail purposes.

   Don'ts:

  1. Resale Prohibition: Selling our edits without purchasing them from Drop Art Animation is strictly prohibited.

  2. Name Usage: Any use or alteration of the name "Drop Art Animation" is prohibited.

  3. Logo Usage: Usage or replication of the Drop Art Animation logo is strictly prohibited and will be reported immediately.

  4. Clothing Sales: Selling clothing items with our edits or designs without proper rights is forbidden.

  5. Resale Restriction: Reselling any edits without proper rights granted is prohibited.

  6. Replication Reporting: Replicating any edits or images from Drop Art Animation without credit will be reported.

  7. Unauthorized Sales Channels: Selling our art on platforms not operated by Drop Art Animation will result in lawful actions.

  8. Art Modification for Profit: Reselling or modifying our art for profit is strictly prohibited.

 Conclusion

Violation of these terms may result in legal action. By using Drop Art Animation's services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
